The team at Metropolitan Report greatly enjoyed our Happy Hour experimenting with these delicious and refreshing recipes from Courvoisier. These are made with fresh pressed juices and herbs that will help you celebrate the coming heat and keep you cool once the summer hits—not to mention, wow those guests at your next rooftop or backyard soiree.

An Afternoon in France
The summer citrus punch gets sweet with a dash of honey.

Ingredients:
2 parts Courvoisier VS
1 part fresh squeezed grapefruit  juice
5 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
5 parts honey syrup

Directions:
Shake and strain into a rocks glass over one big ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit and lemon twist.

An easy-to-make drink perfect for a spring or summer soiree without the guilt of a high-calorie margarita or daiquiri.

Ingredients:
2 parts Courvoisier VS
5 part mint syrup
Muddled lemon and mint

Directions:
Stir in ice. Garnished with a mint sprig in a highball glass.

Ingredients:
1.5 parts Courvoisier VSOP
.75 parts  DeKuyper Pomegranate
.5 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
.5 parts hibiscus tea syrup


Directions:
Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnished with a hibiscus flower and pomegranate seeds.

A new summer staple that puts a unique twist on the classic mojito.

Ingredients:
2 parts Courvoisier VS
75 parts fresh squeezed lime juice
5 parts mint syrup

Directions:
Shake and strained into a pilsner glass. Top with hard cider beer. Garnish with frozen white grapes.
