Celebrating Diwali with Maneet Chauhan
If you've been following my story for a while, you’ll know that I celebrated Diwali in 2012 at the White House with Vice President Joe Biden. I've been invited back to the White House since, but I’m still star-struck by that night.
Fast forward two years: This Diwali season, we’re putting the finishing touches on my new restaurant, Chauhan Ale and Masala House in Nashville, TN, and we’re expanding our family. We've come a long way since 2012!
So it shouldn't surprise you that I don’t have a whole lot of time to squeeze in for my Diwali shopping… especially for Vivek (why is my husband so difficult to shop for?). Turns out Verizon is celebrating Diwali too by offering a host of holiday specials and newest gadgets. I think I know what I’m going to get Vivek—and I’m glad that Verizon is making my life easier!
