Aged up to 6 years in charred white oak barrels and transferred into 60-gallon Ruby Port barrels shipped directly from Portugal, Angel’s Envy is then finished for 3-6 months.

½ oz Port
Dash of bitters
Ginger Ale
Combine first three ingredients, top with ginger ale. Serve in a high ball glass.
